Welcome to the home of 2 Core Fitness. My name is Lisa and my ethos is about making a good exercise habit you love that lasts, keeping motivated. 

Exercise that you enjoy has a clever way of short-circuiting the mental patterns that cause anxiety. Consistency is key to a lifetime of exercise, for this it has to be joyful - make you smile. You walk away feeling fulfilled with the daily stresses back in their boxes.

I look forward to Thursday nights at the Core session with Lisa. My core strength is improving all with the help and encouragement of the class. Lisa is very knowledgeable and explains everything so we understand what is expected of us, the music helps too!

A BIT ABOUT ME

Positive Vibes 

Having been a Fitness Instructor since 1999 I have found that a lifetime of love for exercise is finding motivations other than just physical appearance. Exercise needs to be joyful, make you smile and be achievable. I became a licensed Zumba Instructor in 2012 following my love of music, then continued with a few more Zumba accreditations - Aqua Zumba, Zumba Core, Zumba Glutes and Indian Beats. Music has been a stable companion to lift my spirits and get moving. My classes are not about being super fit but about making you feel good about yourself, welcoming all ages, all capabilities.
